Operating Principle：
The headspace sampler is a sample pretreatment device for gas chromatography (GC) analysis. Compared with other pretreatment methods such as solvent extraction and thermal desorption, it offers advantages including greater simplicity, higher efficiency, and superior reproducibility of analytical results. It is one of the preferred methods for quantitative and qualitative GC analysis.

- All sample transfer lines and quantitative loops utilize imported high-inertness deactivated tubing to ensure zero residue and cross-contamination, resulting in high repeatability and accuracy.
- The combination of a six-way valve and quantitative loop minimizes dead volume to ensure injection precision, with a maximum operating temperature of 200°C.
- The connection between the six-way valve and the transfer line is located within the heated enclosure to eliminate cold spots, ensuring sample integrity.
- Employs the classic positive-pressure sampling method, suitable for both liquid and solid specimens. It offers high sensitivity and atmospheric pressure injection to prevent baseline drift.
- The six-way valve is driven by a rotary pneumatic cylinder, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
- Integrated design with a compact structure; microcomputer-controlled with an LCD display and intuitive interface for easy operation.
- Equipped with a universal drive interface to automatically trigger the GC and workstation for synchronized operation.
- Capable of communicating with the workstation, allowing all parameters to be configured via software.
