Intended Use

1.Used for the detection of solvent residues in packaging and printed materials.

2.Used for testing the purity and content of solvents.

3.Detectable substances: Benzene, Cyclohexanone, Xylene, Ethanol, Ethylbenzene, Isopropanol, Propanol, Butanol, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Acetate, n-Butanol, Toluene, n-Butyl Acetate, Aniline Phosphorus, 4-Methyl-2-pentanone, etc.

Operating Principle

A Gas Chromatograph (GC) is an analytical tool for the separation and analysis of multi-component mixtures. It uses an inert gas as the mobile phase and employs column separation technology. When various analytical substances enter the column, their flow rates differ due to the varying partition coefficients of each component. After passing through a specific column length, the separated components leave the column and enter the detector, where they are converted into electrical signals and sent to a data processing workstation to complete the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the measured substances.

  1. Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen for intelligent interaction. Featuring a new-generation smart OS, it provides an intuitive interface similar to a smartphone with clear operation logic
  2. Employs multi-processor parallel processing for enhanced stability and reliability. Compatible with multiple high-performance detectors including FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD; multiple detectors can be installed simultaneously, and the FID features automatic ignition.
  3. Features a new microcomputer temperature control system with high precision, reliability, and superior anti-interference performance. It offers eight independent temperature control outputs and supports 16-ramp programmed temperature rising.
  4. Equipped with an automatic rear-door cooling system for the column oven, improving near-ambient temperature control and enabling faster heating/cooling rates. All heating units feature over-temperature protection.
  5. The dedicated workstation supports the simultaneous connection of multiple chromatographs, enabling data processing and reverse instrument control while simplifying document management.
  6. Built-in low-noise, high-resolution 24-bit AD circuit with functions for baseline storage and baseline subtraction.
  7. The proprietary chromatography microcomputer system supports standard MODBUS/TCP protocols for integration with DCS systems (optional).
  8. FID utilizes a logarithmic amplifier; equipped with a full Electronic Pneumatic Control (EPC) system.
  9. Temperature control zones: 8 channels; Range: Ambient + 4°C to 450°C; Increment: 0.5°C; Accuracy: ±0.1°C.
  10. Injector types: Packed column, capillary column, six-way valve gas injection, and autosampler (optional).
  11. Detectors: Optional FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD.
  12. Injection trigger: Manual or automatic options available.
