Intended Use

1.Used for the detection of solvent residues in packaging and printed materials.

2.Used for testing the purity and content of solvents.

3.Detectable substances: Benzene, Cyclohexanone, Xylene, Ethanol, Ethylbenzene, Isopropanol, Propanol, Butanol, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Acetate, n-Butanol, Toluene, n-Butyl Acetate, Aniline Phosphorus, 4-Methyl-2-pentanone, etc.

Operating Principle

A Gas Chromatograph (GC) is an analytical tool for the separation and analysis of multi-component mixtures. It uses an inert gas as the mobile phase and employs column separation technology. When various analytical substances enter the column, their flow rates differ due to the varying partition coefficients of each component. After passing through a specific column length, the separated components leave the column and enter the detector, where they are converted into electrical signals and sent to a data processing workstation to complete the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the measured substances.

  1. 7-inch color touchscreen with intelligent interaction. Equipped with a new-generation smart OS, it features an intuitive interface similar to a smartphone with clear operation logic
  2. Can be optionally equipped with multiple common detectors simultaneously.
  3. Features adjustable split and make-up gas functions, improving measurement precision.
  4. Equipped with an automatic rear-door cooling system for the column oven, improving near-ambient temperature control. It supports programmed temperature rising with faster heating/cooling rates, and all heating units feature over-temperature protection.
  5. Compatible with various devices: packed column injectors, capillary column injectors, automatic liquid samplers, gas valves, nickel converters, thermal desorption samplers, headspace autosamplers, and pyrolyzers.
  6. Features a self-diagnostic function to display fault locations and types; includes over-temperature protection that automatically stops heating and triggers an alarm if any channel exceeds the set temperature.
  7. Can be connected to a chromatography workstation for intuitive and clear experimental results.
  8. Advanced noise suppression system fully eliminates fan noise during operation, creating a comfortable and quiet working environment.
  9. Flexible design for packed and capillary column inlets; the spacious column oven facilitates complex analysis tasks using multiple columns, broadening the range of analyzable samples.
  10. Microcomputer-controlled with HMI display for various temperatures. The oven temperature control range is (Ambient + 10°C) to 300°C, with a control accuracy of 0.1%.
  11. Overheat protection: Can be set within any range up to 400°C, with dual-protection via software programming and hardware circuitry.
  12. Equipped with an automatic ignition function.
