Used to determine the gas transmission rate (GTR) of O2,CO2,N2 and other gases for various films and packaging materials.
Suitable for gas permeability testing of films, sheets, paper, packages, and related materials in fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, and photovoltaic electronics. It provides wide-range and high-efficiency detection for materials with high, medium, and low gas barrier properties.
Designed based on the Differential Pressure Method. The pre-conditioned specimen is mounted between the high-pressure and low-pressure chambers and clamped tightly. The entire system is then evacuated (vacuumed). Test gas is introduced into the high-pressure chamber to maintain a constant pressure differential across the specimen. Driven by this gradient, the gas permeates from the high-pressure chamber through the film into the low-pressure chamber. By monitoring the pressure changes in the low-pressure chamber, the barrier parameters of the specimen are calculated.
- Advanced and unique chamber and pneumatic circuit design; the volume of the low-pressure chamber is adjustable, providing a wide measurement range.
- Equipped with imported sensors, ensuring high precision and excellent stability.
- Utilizes advanced P.I.D temperature control technology for high-precision thermal regulation.
- Real-time display of transmission rate, pressure, and temperature curves for live tracking of instrument operating status.
- Simple software interface and easy operation with optional automatic or manual test modes; test reports are automatically saved and can be exported/printed with one click (supports Word/PDF formats).
- Large-scale maintenance-free design with superior performance for year-round continuous operation; includes over-pressure safety protection.
- Equipped with a touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for real-time display of various parameters.
