Intended Use

This instrument is designed for the high-precision detection of trace moisture in solvents, featuring easy operation and direct digital display of results. It is primarily used to determine the moisture content in solvents, paper, oils, pharmaceuticals, coatings, and other products. It is ideal for industries such as pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, petrochemicals, research institutes, universities, food, tobacco, and light industry.

Scope of Application: Organic Compounds: Saturated/unsaturated hydrocarbons, acetals, acyl halides, acids, alcohols, stable acyls, amides, weak amines, anhydrides, disulfides, esters, ethers, halides, peroxides, orthoesters, salts, and thioethers.Inorganic Compounds: Acidic oxides, aluminum oxide, acyls, barium peroxide, calcium carbide, copper oxide, desiccants, hydrazine sulfate, and various organic/inorganic acid salts.

Operating Principle

The moisture analyzer utilizes the Karl Fischer Volumetric Titration method to determine the moisture content within a specimen.
