Used to determine the Melt Mass-Flow Rate (MFR) of various plastics and resins in a viscous flow state under specific temperature and load conditions, measured as the mass passing through a standard die every 10 minutes. It is suitable for high-melting-point engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, and nylon, as well as lower-melting-point materials like PE, PS, PP, ABS resin, and POM. It is extensively applied in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industries, universities, research institutes, and commodity inspection departments.
