Specifically designed for testing the high-temperature sterilization resistance of packaging materials, adhesives, and ink products. It is widely used by packaging manufacturers, film suppliers, food processors, inspection agencies, research institutes, and medical units.
This product is designed based on dual-mode sterilization principles. It utilizes a heater to generate pressurized steam, which destroys microbial structures to achieve sterilization. When the rapid cooling program starts, tap water is injected and heated for approximately 25 minutes to enter the sterilization holding phase. After sterilization, 0.24 MPa compressed air and water are manually or automatically injected into the chamber for back pressure cooling, preventing flexible packaging from bursting due to pressure imbalances. The system then automatically manages water cooling and air pressure stabilization, followed by an alarm upon completion.
