Intended Use:
Suitable for water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) testing of packaging materials such as plastic films, composite films, sheets, plastic bottles, and plastic bags.
Operating Principle:
Distilled water is placed in the test cup, and the pre-conditioned specimen is clamped onto the cup, which is then placed in the test chamber. Water vapor permeates through the specimen into the dry side. By measuring the change in the overall weight of the test cup over time, the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of the specimen is calculated.
Product Features:
- Equipped with original imported high-precision sensors for real-time data collection; independent testing in the test chambers ensures accurate and reliable data.
- Sensors are equipped with an over-range alert function.
- The temperature system utilizes PID control methods, providing excellent performance and precise thermal regulation.
- Dehumidifying chamber design ensures stable humidity for the test specimens.
- Easy to operate, featuring an error-proofing function for parameter settings.
- The software interface provides real-time display of temperature, humidity, weight, and transmission rate curves.
- The software supports dynamic data display and flexible scaling of curves.
- Test reports are saved automatically and can be exported with one click, supporting Word and PDF formats.
- The entire testing process is automatically monitored by the system.
