Suitable for testing the mechanical properties of various plastic films, paper-aluminum-plastic composite films, adhesive tapes, flexible packaging materials, rubber sheets, paper, non-woven fabrics, and other packaging materials, including tensile, peeling, heat sealing, tearing, puncturing, stiffness, compression bending, and shearing tests. It offers high precision, easy operation, intuition, reliability, and wide applicability. Meeting the requirements of national technical supervision departments for testing technology, it is widely used for quality control in plastic film, food, and pharmaceutical enterprises, as well as for scientific research and teaching in testing institutions and universities.
The specimen is clamped between the two grips of the fixture. The two grips move relative to each other. Through the force sensor located on the moving grip and the built-in displacement sensor of the machine, the changes in force and displacement during the test are collected. These data are used to calculate performance indicators such as tensile strength, tearing strength, and deformation rate (elongation).
