Intended Use:
Professionally used to measure the static coefficient of friction of paper, plastic films, sheets, conveyor belts and other materials for evaluating surface slip property. It helps control and adjust process parameters such as bag opening performance and packaging machine operating speed, ensuring smooth material conveying and packaging on high-speed production lines.
Operating Principle:
It adopts the classic inclined plane sliding method. During the test, the specimen is mounted on the slider and laid flat on the test platform. The instrument elevates the inclined plane slowly in automatic or manual mode. Record the critical angle θ the moment the slider starts to slide. The static coefficient of friction (μS) is automatically calculated by the formula: μ = tanθ.
Product Features:
- High-precision measurement: Adopts high-precision angle sensor with angle resolution up to 0.01°, test angle range: 0° ~ 85°.
- Intelligent control: Microcomputer controlled system with LCD touch screen and menu operation interface. Supports stepless adjustment of angular velocity and automatic reset of test platform.
- Anti-interference design: Both test platform and slider are demagnetized and tested for residual magnetism, effectively reducing systematic test error and ensuring reliable test results.
- Convenient data management: Equipped with built-in mini printer and standard RS232 interface, supporting direct report printing or connection to PC for data transmission and centralized management.
