The N2/H2/Air Integrated Gas Generator is a compact, combined instrument integrating nitrogen, hydrogen, and air generators. Featuring a compact structure and easy operation with multi-level protection devices, it is designed to provide stable, high-quality, and safe gas sources for gas chromatographs.

Operating Principle

Gas is generated through the electrolysis of Potassium Hydroxide (KOH).

Equipped with stainless steel gas storage tanks and four stainless steel filters containing trace oxygen scavengers to ensure high gas purity.
Utilizes silicone rubber sealing rings with low sulfur content, ensuring zero impact on the detectors.
Compact structure, user-friendly, and fully automatic operation. Safe and reliable, it is compatible with any model of gas chromatograph from any manufacturer.
Nitrogen Section: Features automatic anti-alkali return and automatic flow tracking.
Hydrogen Section: Features automatic anti-alkali return and automatic flow tracking.
Air Section: Provides high-precision voltage regulation with comprehensive protection measures.
